Wishes Can Happen has been in existence since 1982, largely due to support from caring individuals and organizations who want to support the wishes of our children.

There are many ways you can help support Wishes Can Happen. You can be as creative as you wish in your ideas! We would appreciate a donation of your time, treasure, or special talent.

TIME: Wishes Can Happen is a recipient of the annual Westfield Works Wonders evening. We are always looking for help with ticket sales. All of the money from ticket sales is donated to Wishes Can Happen (see October 2002 newsletter for more information on this event).

We can also always use help with the Wishes Can Happen Annual Picnic - whether it be sealing, stamping, and mailing the invitations or assisting in getting donations for prizes given to our children.

TREASURE: Do you have a special something that you think one or more of our wish children would enjoy? A pontoon boat? Are you a gourmet cook that would like to donate a dinner for a family? A horse or pony? Extra Cedar Point tickets? Extra airline rewards? Whatever you would offer, I bet we could think of one or more of our families that would enjoy it.

TALENT: We are always eager to have individuals or groups organize a fundraiser to benefit Wishes Can Happen. This could be a car wash, a bake sale, a golf outing, whatever you can dream up! We had one man last year shave his head, and collect money from his friends for doing it!
