After going through chemo and radiation for cancer, OLIVIA’S first wish request to us was to attend a summer session at The French Pastry School in Chicago because she is fascinated with baking. Unfortunately, in-person classes have been paused due to COVID (they did give her a free on-line session). Her 2nd wish was a great big shopping spree set to begin on 8/13. During this year's Wish-A-Thon, Olivia came in on 8/12 for what she thought was an on-air interview, and was surprised at the end of the broadcast with a great big limo starting her shopping spree a day early at Belden Village Mall. The next day her family was taken to Easton Towne Center in Columbus to complete her shopping spree! Special arrangements were made in advance with the stores, her favorite restaurants were arranged, and Olivia had the time of her life!
